It all started when…
The Holland, previously named the Princess Victoria was in need of updating and freshieng up for new owner and restaurateur Max De Nahlik. Working Closely with Max, a breif was established, scope of work agreed before a number of elements were commissioned ahead of the refit.
Due to the nature of the industry, turnaround was critical, timing was everything and ensuring the pub was closed for as short a time as possible was high of high importance.
We are really happy with how it turned out. It also helps that Max is an increadable cook and now has somewhere to show of his delicious Menu.
